Experience: Mr. Mayank, is a Chef by profession, graduated from Institute of Hotel Management Pusa and Masters in Marketing having over 15 years of experience in Hospitality Industry. He has worked with The Oberoi Group of Hotels and has also been trained internationally in European Cuisine in Italy. Apart from the Culinary Academy, he specializes in setting up of Hotels and Restaurants Kitchens and manufacturing, supplying and Imports of commercial kitchen equipment’s.
R.K. Arora
CFO
Qualification Commerce Graduate and has been in RBI for the past 35 years. Mr. RK Arora, is the key person involved in handling finances, banking along with handling the new projects site planning. With vast experience in his specialist field he is an asset to run smooth operations for the institute and the students!
Mr. Ashish Arora
CEO
Mr. Ashish Arora, is an entrepreneur in true sense with setting up an example to follow, in all the fields he has ventured. The way he has worked at innovation in the medical field, with same precision he has worked on the richness in the Epicure!! He has been a visionary with a special eye of spotting scalable businesses and therefore in the industry which sees 60-90% restaurants fail, he has been able to established brands in full dining restaurants, bakeries in India and has been a consultant for culinary venture in Canada!
